How do I track my order?

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

How do you decide your clothing size?

Size guides for each product can be found on our website. We provide measurements to help you choose your size. However, slight errors may occur depending on the measuring method.

How long does it take to ship?

It usually takes 2-4 business days to ship after ordering. If the product is out of stock, it will take approximately 10-15 business days. All products are produced in Korea.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us via live chat or email 'info@thestylia.com'. If delivery has not been processed, you can change the address. Once delivery of the product has begun, address changes are not possible.

How are discount coupons applied?
