Refunds and Exchanges

 

If there is a defect or quality problem caused by our negligence, we provide free exchange and refund.

Condition - Items must be returned in the same clean condition in which they were received. The product must have no odor or fragrance. That is, it must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged .

Period - Exchanges and refunds are made within 7 days (Calendar Day) of product delivery.

Exchange - When exchanging size and color for the same product (if there is no defect in the product) , shipping fees may be charged. The best way is to refund the purchased product and then repurchase the desired product.

Important - Shipping costs for exchanges and returns may be your responsibility. Exchange and refund requests must be accompanied by a photo. Please send an email to info@thestylia.com and we will review and process it. (If the product is damaged, refunds or exchanges may not be possible.)

How long does it take to ship?
It usually takes 2-4 business days to ship after ordering. If the product is out of stock, it will take approximately 10-15 business days. All products are produced in Korea.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us via live chat or email 'info@thestylia.com'. If delivery has not been processed, you can change the address. Once delivery of the product has begun, address changes are not possible.

How are discount coupons applied?
For the review writing event, we will send you a coupon by email. Shipping may take 1-2 days.
